Video Tap is an AI teammate that does the whole job. It picks the moments, redraws code so it reads on a phone, gets your engineers’ sign-off in Slack, and follows up until every clip goes out.

Why technical clips fail
Your audience notices a cropped config or a misspelled framework, and your engineer won’t sign off on it. So the agent reads the screen and rebuilds it for a phone, word for word.

Plain crop. Half the table is cut off.
Video Tap. Every number from the Build Scan, rebuilt as a card you can read.

Plain crop. The diagram loses both edges.
Video Tap. The whole architecture, restacked to fit a vertical frame.
The agent picks up your logo, colors and fonts from your website, and every clip, caption and end card uses them. Change anything by asking.
It checks every word on screen against what the speaker said, learns your product names from every fix, and asks your engineer about any claim it can’t confirm instead of guessing.
Captions, a hook, a clean ending and a post written in your voice, with a LinkedIn carousel of the code and slides. Vertical, square or portrait.

Done for you
Drop a talk in Slack and get on with your day. The agent does the work and only comes to you when it needs a person.
Finds the parts of the talk worth sharing.
Redraws code and slides, captions every word, adds your brand.
Turns anything it can’t confirm into a question for your engineer.
Your approver and reviewers approve or ask for fixes, in Slack or a review link.
Asks what went out, and keeps the clip board up to date.
Queues approved clips on each platform at a good time.
Reads how each clip did and picks better moments next time.

4 clips are ready for review. One question for Marco: is it 4 minutes 38 seconds of downloads on every build, or just this one?

Recordings of talks, interviews, webinars and livestreams. Upload the file, drop it in Slack, or paste a direct link to the video file. YouTube links aren’t supported yet.
Not yet. You get finished clips and posts to share with your own tools, and the agent follows up on what went out. Scheduling to YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Instagram is coming soon.
Anyone you pick, by email or in Slack. They review in the browser with no account. You can also let the agent approve clips it’s confident about; any clip with an open question still waits for a person.
Usually 3 to 5, each with captions and a post. Ask for more or fewer.

No. Everything works in the web app too. Slack is where the agent works best, as a teammate in your channel.

Hi, I’m Kevin. I’ve been building Video Tap since 2022.
The teams who stuck with us all looked the same: someone in marketing or ops with a backlog of developer talks, clipping on the side of their real job.
Generic clipping tools made it harder. They cropped the code out of the frame and misspelled the framework, and every mistake meant another round with a busy engineer.
So we rebuilt Video Tap around that one job: technical content, made by an agent and checked by your team before it ships. Send it your talks, and get back clips your engineers sign off on.
